Codemine operates on a token-based system powered by our AI agent, Codey. Token usage is tracked and deducted from your monthly allocation or purchased add-on credits.

4.3 Payment Terms

  • All subscriptions are monthly recurring unless cancelled
  • Payments are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Unused tokens do not roll over after cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all intellectual property rights to the code, applications, and content you create using Codemine. We do not claim ownership of your projects or generated code.

5.2 Codemine Platform

Codemine, including our platform, branding, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform without permission.

5.3 License Grant

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service and improving our AI models (with your permission).

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Generate malicious code, malware, or harmful applications
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Scrape, data mine, or reverse-engineer the platform
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated scripts to abuse the Service

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. AI-Generated Content

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Mobile Deployment Services

Mobile deployment packages (iOS/Android) are available for Pro and Business subscribers. Additional terms apply:

  • Apps must comply with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines
  • We do not guarantee app approval by app stores
  • Publishing timelines may vary based on store review processes
  • Ongoing compliance with store policies is your responsibility

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
